Proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals. No "diets" here, just eating sensibly based on your metabolic needs. Food tracking is available via our app. The app contains your macro goals, suggested recipes/foods and allows for easy accountability and frequent guidance.

Monthly in-depth body composition and analysis for all personal training clients. Can we all just agree that the scale is just no fun?! We'll closely track skeletal muscle mass, total body fat %, water content/retention, bone mass, visceral fat and muscle/fat proportions. No need to put so much thought into weight ever again.
If you're looking for more flexibility in your fitness routine, I offer online coaching services. We'll work together virtually to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals. Nutrition services and all workouts are sent in our app. Virtual appts are needed for initial consultation/evaluation of range of motion and movement patterns. App access includes all assigned workouts, habit tracking, nutrition tracking/planning and exercise demonstration videos.

Sessions are paid in advance at the first scheduled session of each month. "No call, no show" appointments will be deducted from session balance. Please provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule but we are happy to be flexible. Sessions unused at the end of the month due to cancellations for any reason will roll over into the following month.

Online only programs are to be paid in full at the start of service. Bridge programs may be split into two payments. An initial payment of $360 at the start of service and the remaining balance at the start of the following month.
